Trump has pleaded not guilty to 40 felony counts including concealing or withholding documents and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Nauta, Trump’s personal valet, and De Oliveira, an IT specialist at Mar-a-Lago, have also been charged in the case. All these other guys that had discovered documents, returned them. Can you see the difference here. In case you can't, I've bolded the words for you: 40 felony counts including concealing or withholding documents and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
