I cannot see how official acts as President can have immunity when the exact reason our gov. exists was to not have a monarch in charge.

I think Roberts remains sane, but that leaves ACB and Gorsuch. Should be interesting to see if they are willing to tarnish their careers to appease a criminal rapist and reality game show host that's about to lose his second election in a row. In a weird way, I hope they rule in his favor only to be devastated to see him crumble again after he loses in November. It would amusing to see them cling to these last remaining few shreds of hope only for it to be moot when Biden wins.

Rule president is immune, Biden should disband Supreme Court and replace all the judges since they themselves ruled he can do whatever he wants without reprucussion. Hell, lockup all Congress who voted to overturn election while at it. (No, I do no actually advocate this but this is the can of worms try are opening)
