Honey - Biden has long been known as an inept and corrupt politician.  There is plenty of evidence of his corruption.  I posted it.  You don't understand what evidence is.  Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not evidence.

i love how @Procuspretty much dimisses @DiPros and any opinion she may have with the classic, "honey you're a woman and too stupid to understand man stuff, so be useful and get in the kitchen and make me some breakfast" line.

One of the many reasons why they lose so many elections. While they are rheeeing that the election was rigged, the data will indicate they lost suburban women....again.

Looks like Trump won't face Justice anywhere else other than NY this year.

After he's convicted of all 34 Counts I expect a sentence of

3-6 months with 2 yrs. Probation. The problem here is this would be his first conviction. He may avoid jail altogether. The Justice System in America is broken.

We've been saying this for well over a year now.  All we got was a case focused on hush money for a porn star that Trump banged.  Tabloid level stuff and no jail time will come out of it.  In the end it will be a net win for Trump as he campaigns and grifts off of all the coverage.

evidence is something that actually leads to an indictment and hopefully a conviction.

how's all that evidence coming along? did i miss a batch of indictments against the bidens? you have any pics or video of biden being booked and processed? you find any more of hunter's deek pics that you & MTG are so obsessed over ?

were all of those embarrassing moments for comer & jordan just a big SNL skit?

c'mon oh enlightened one, educate us all. this should be good.

I’m no rocket surgeon, but can’t evidence also be used to prove someone’s innocence? So if someone was indicted for 90+ charges "hypothetically” couldn’t they provide evidence to prove they didn’t do what they’re accused of?

Gee willikers, what’s stopping some randos from slinging fake evidence in a courtroom? Is there a punishment, like perjury or something, if someone tells lies in a courtroom presented as evidence? Facing consequences might prevent a car load of clowns from taking a circle jerk of accusations to an actual courtroom where it means something, huh?

Evidence is so kewl!!!

absolutely, but i don't want to confuse this pour soul any more than he already is.

At this juncture, I am not confident in either of these two MEN running the country for 4 years.  BOTH parties have colossally failed us by not putting up other nominees. The Republicans should have kicked the clown to the curb after Jan 6-If that had happened, it was plenty of time for the Democrats to figure it out and let Uncle Joe retire.  I never expected him to be any more than a 1 term President, and he was the only one at the time that could beat Trump.  Hope he still can, but it's not certain.  I also can't imagine Biden winning another term, dying and Kamala as President.  Her approval ratings are in the toilet.  This is quite honestly the worst election of my lifetime.

Trump has a shot of getting out the trial, and with all the others delayed if he wins in November that's it.  He'll grant himself immunity.  His term will be filled with retribution, and we will be living under his authoritarian rule since he knows nothing about an ordinary citizen such as myself.

So, yeah I'm Joe all the way, even to just cancel out somebody else's vote.

Unfortunately this is the position we find ourselves in, voting against someone rather than voting for someone and then there are those who will not vote for either of the 2.  Hopefully not too much damage is done in the next 4 years and there are better candidates in 2028.  There is a huge division between parties and the candidates we currently have are just going to make it worse over the next 4 years.

I voted 3rd party in '16 as a protest and because I was very sure Trump would lose Virginia where I vote.  Turns out I was right but it was much closer than I had expected and in the end I should have voted for Clinton.  I didn't make that mistake in '20 and I won't in '24.  I absolutely don't like Biden as he is just simply too old but just like you I will do what I have to and vote against Trump.

I did/will do the same. Biden is a trash candidate, but the only option IMO.

No, he's been committing felonies for years, but is only now being forced to pay the piper for his crimes.

His many, many crimes.

We aren't even into the good stuff, where he sat and did nothing for hours hoping his mob would tear the country apart.

Talk about Quid Pro Quo.

Looks like a new rules for Project 2025 to add to their list.

Alina Habba Invents a New Constitutional Right at Hush-Money Trial

https://www.yahoo.com/news/alina-habba-invents-constitutional-hush-213455359.html

Donald Trump’s attorney Alina Habba thinks it’s a violation of the First Amendment to be prohibited from attacking witnesses.

it’s ridiculous to suggest that intimidating witnesses to an alleged crime is protected speech under the Constitution. But it’s no surprise that Habba is making this argument, considering her own record of legal missteps and unhinged assertions.

She claimed that the New York state law requiring Trump to attend all of his criminal trial proceedings violated his right to due process because he couldn’t attend his trials in other locations.
