Anyone who doesn't think some far right AG or prosecutor in TX or some other state isn't going to start targeting Dems is delusional. If they wanted him they should have focused on the cases in GA or FL, but instead we'll be going back and forth with political targeting in the courts for the foreseeable future. People will disagree, maybe it would have happened anyway, but the entire thing makes me sick.Does that mean I think they should let him go for everything? No, but again, FL and GA seem like more legitimate cases. Even Susan Collins, who is no fan of Trump (one of 7 to vote for impeachment) criticized it, so it wouldn't shock me if this does bring some GOP people who were going to stay home over to his side. When they pay off porn stars and try to write it off as a campaign expense, please have them prosecuted. Some of us are for ALL criminals being taken to task.

If a Dem committed a crime, then he/she should be charged. And politicians on both sides are charged all the time. Not sure what point you're even making here.

I'm sure you'll be cool with it when it starts with Biden shortly. Again, when a senator who voted to impeach him says it's BS I tend to agree. At the end of the day we won't see eye to eye. What about the Republican Party as you know it indicates that they've been holding their fire at Democrats? I'm legitimately trying to see your perspective, and the brick wall I keep hitting is: Wait...he thinks the GOP is nice and passive during opportunities to paint Dems as corrupt criminals?

And they can now, no one will care. Again, if you commit a crime, be prepared to be held accountable for it. It's what everyone of the rest of us has to do. Politicians aren't kings.

Before you respond, just take a breath for 2 seconds, and consider that SLIGHT possibility.

Again, that's coming from someone who voted to impeach him. let's revise shall we? 1. Donald trump is the guy who first broke on to the political stage with his full page newspaper buyout condemning those innocent Central Park 5 kids who faced a totally unfair trial and national outrage fueled by that ad on their way to 20 years prison. They were acquitted with DNA evidence yet Trump has never accepted wrong doing but rode that fame into the political arena. 2. Donald Trump had "lock her up' as his battle cry in the 2016 election. It was EXACTLY the shock and breaking of norms, promise of political vengeance of that battle cry that it made it successful to his winning campaign 3. Donald Trump broke every norm every day of his presidency, with the culmination of refusing to accept election results, a conspiracy with fake electors to steal the election, 90+ cases he LOST IN COURT with and to this day sows doubt on our elections, all of which he uses to protect his sacred winner brand. And now we're going to CRY for this man because even though he's clearly guilty of the crime , it breaks the norms to convict him of it? Are you f'ing kidding me? GTFO here with that selective rage. This is the ultimate case of live by the sword, die by the sword.

If Texas has evidence to indict Clinton of a crime, then they should do the same. But again, you are the same guy that was gleeful in the thought that a conservative heavy SCOTUS may hand the election to the candidate who lost.

If I'm right it's not ideal for any of us. We'll see.
