I'm not super familiar with Kushner's fund, but that's a horribly disingenuous Tweet if he is running a private equity fund. PE funds invest for the long term, and 3 years in he is still in his investing period. It would be very odd for them to have any realizations this quickly, and given the rate environment, unlikely he is marking up investments. Meanwhile, management fees are paid every year.

This is why people with no clue about finance shouldn't comment on it.

Oh my. Has anyone asked Hillary?

There is currently a major manhunt underway by US Marshals for Nathan Wade, the former Fulton County investigator and DA Fani Willis’s lover.

Drunky Brewster doesn't even know what thread he's posting in

One, Wade no longer investigating Trump. He resigned from the Georgia Election Interference case because Republicans made such a big deal about his romance with Fani Willis.

Two, you must have missed the update.

House Republicans, who won't miss a chance to kick a man when he's down, resorted to using the US Marshals to serve a subpoena after Wade's attorney refused to accept it. They are grandstanding: don't pay attention to Trump's election misdeeds in Georgia, let's explore the investigator's romance with the prosecutor instead; and everyone knows it.

Trump will keep it, thinking when he wins, he will make a lot of money.

Yeah he won't let it go, he wants to pretend to be in the Space karen club, having his own social media platform to rule and lord over like a status symbol. You know like the NFL team he never got.

Democrats didn't push alternate electors. There were a handful of faithless electors who didn't vote for the chosen candidate - including three who defected from Clinton.

Alternate electors are unequivocally illegal.

Faithless electors are legal in many states.

Alternate electors are literally different people sent to try and confuse and nullify the proper electors sent by the states.

Faithless electors are individuals sent by states that vote against the candidate prescribed to them.

Careful. While different on its face, that group of faithless electors met with the Clinton campaign, reached out to electors in other states, and publicly discussed lawsuits in 29 states to challenge laws binding electors to the outcome of the state vote.  Some would see that as a conspiracy to undermine the results of a lawful election.

Trump's campaign is a criminal enterprise.

There's no federal law against lobbying electors. And if a legitimate elector "votes their conscience" it could be successfully argued that it's consistent with an original safeguard of the Constitution and our system based on the federalist papers.

Sending alternate electors is 100% criminal.

Regarding meeting the electors, Clinton conceded the election and never endorsed or coordinated with any of them. Had she actually done so the movement would have almost certainly gained more traction than it ultimately did.

It failed in large part due to her lack of support.

Funny that in the "partisan witch hunt" all of the cooperating witnesses are Republicans.
