1-ILB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah has slipped out of the 1st round. Was projected as a possible mid 1st rounder. Should go at the top of the 2nd round.
2-S Trevon Moehrig TCU. Also projected as a possible mid 1st rounder. Top safety in the draft.
3-DT Christian Barmore - Some here mentioned taking him at #12. Slipping.
4-OT Teven Jenkins OSU - Also projected as possible late 1st rounder.
5-CB Asante Samuel JR - I am a little concerned with his height. But, it is a position of need and his other skills are terrific.

Smith is also a bit taller than djax. Durability as he gets older will be the problem, if he doesn't add weight.

I thought the trade up was a desperate move. I would’ve stayed put at 12 and rolled the dice on the Giants not taking him. If I’m wrong so be it. A 3rd is a lot to move up 2 spots. If the Giants take him, I trade down with Chicago. 

Very true, unless you just drafted an elite WR. Then the reach pans out.

Yep- he needs that NFL food and weight room. He has the heart. Heart usually wins out.

Tyson would be perfect if he makes it to us.

Yeah, last year, Day 1 was a nightmare lol. But not 100% unexpected. It would have been awesome if that first hosting plan had been enough for our level of traffic, but I thought it might not be. At least once game days came around. When the draft crashed us, I knew that gamedays would definitely crumble us lol.

Asante maybe a reach at the top of the second...But if we Get Koramoah, Moehrig, or Barmore..It is a Coup.

Feel all 3 will go, although everything went wrong yesterday before we were able to trade up, so hopefully somehow one falls to us. 

Jenkins is good but would be a luxury pick as we really need to go D back to back now. Wouldn't be unhappy if they took Asante at 37 or traded back 5/6 spots and picked up another 4th or even 10-15 spots and picked up another 3rd. 

We 100% need to go corner in the 2nd or the 3rd.

It will interesting to see what players they’ll draft to fit Gannon’s defense. Assuming he’ll run a lot cover 2, they need LB’s with good lateral quickness who can drop into coverage. Safeties who can cover a lot of ground and good zone CB’s. The good news is by running a lot of cover 2, there’s less importance in finding a shut down man corner which is so hard to find. 

I see the eagles trading back to try and get that 3rd back but if not here are a few players I would like to see them draft at 37:

- JOK (best player available)

- Teven Jenkins (versatile lineman that can start immediately at guard)

- Walker Little (willing to play guard and will be a pro bowl lineman)

- Jevon Holland (best ball hawking safety that can also line up in nickel)

- Tyson Campbell (one of the only lengthy press corners left and best corner available IMO)

with that said, it’s critical that they get Paulson Adebo tonight. He is my sleeper for day 2

Don't forget Levi Onzuruwike and Azeez Ojulari.  I'd be happy with any of them except Jenkins.  Tonight needs to be about the D.  Jevon Holland might be the best defensive player on the board currently as well.

I like Campbell the most out of that group.  Adebo, Melifonwu and St-Juste aren't even locks to be 2nd rounders, let alone the top 6 picks of the round.  Aaron Robinson and Tay Gowan are other names to watch tonight.

Adebo is a step below Campbell and Samuel IMO.  He's a hell of a 4th round choice though.

Eagles have at least 5-6 of these guys who will be available to them tonight in R2.

We agree on Holland. That would be my ideal #1 selection. As for Adebo, there is no way in heck he falls out of day 2. I would be stunned. 
 

Samuel not a scheme fit in my opinion but Campbell is best corner available atm. It will be interesting because a lot of great talent still on the board

He's a R3 guy...was saying he's a steal in R4.

Samuel is a zone corner.  Isn't that the type that Gannon prefers?  

Outside of corner, I can see this team loving Basham’s game. If they go for an EDGE guy, he’s my name to watch

I really want JOK or ASJ.  I like some of the other guys but only want someone who will get a lot of playing time.  I feel like this slow working in of players for a few snaps here or there rarely works.

He's number 1 on my short list for pick 37

I feel like if we draft a DT or DE he'll play sparingly and we won't learn much and then with 3 1's next year everyone will say to draft another DL anyway.

You might be right there but i think a DE would be more than sparingly. DE is a need and if that player plays well then he will eat in to Barnett's snaps who may not be back after this year.
