Had the same situation in game 1 last year. Just thrown in at RT then too when Johnson couldn't go unexpectedly then as well.

I didn't see Dickerson getting killed either, unless I missed it, I know there was some missed blocks but I'm not sure if that was a miscommunication or a bad play design
