That's so bad. Not even a rush for Gainwell. At least try

What is sad is the RB’s have more pass attempts than carries

Literally nobody is defending his play.

Yes, you are wrong.  RB’s have 7 carries.  They also have 14 pass attempts.

Sanders has 1 carry.

Gainwell 0

Those are the RB's.

1+0 = 1

Hurts has 6

If you are going to tell me im wrong, back it up with something.

No it's not, at all. With these WRs running wide open all over the field Wentz would be included in the early season MVP conversation.

Hurts can't see or hit the broad side of a barn.

Think about Wentz with Smith and Watkins. Sigh.

Has to be Lurie, Siri runs the ball less the Doug and I never thought that was possible. If Lurie wants to throw the ball every down he better get a better QB, better WR's and a better oline!

Considering the circumstances  and the injuries I think the line has played fine having to drop back 500 times a game

Maliata is the 7th highest paid LT in the league. You make others adjust, period.

Get Dillard off the field.

I would pay Mailata a lot of money because his top of the line athleticism allows him to do a wide variety of things very well.
He could play LT.  He could play RT.  He could play FB or TE.   He could be a DT in short yardage situations.  He could block a kick.

Based on Mailatas career performance in NFL games, he wasn't worth that money he got.  But he's worth the money because of the positional versatility he brings.

Or, how about this.   Dillard was a 1st round pick,  Mailata was a 7th round pick.   The 1st round pick should be playing the position that the team that drafted him drafted him to play.

He holds onto it too long at times as if he has all day. Also he gets antsy too quickly instead of stepping into the pocket. Sure the Oline hasn't been spectacular, but it can't be all the time.

We just suck as a team,,, but still painful to watch 😞

Yeah, I'm thinking Hurts will probably get one more year unless he really blows it this year.

However, I can also imagine the Howie crew thinking that they've found the QB of the future and trading all those first-round picks to move up a couple spot and get him... Sure hope I'm wrong about that. Too many holes to fill.

Howie will probably use all 3 first round picks on QB's for his factory!

I dont know if Hurts is the guy or not. But our HC is calling a crap game... again! How can you properly evaluate Hurts? Our HC and DC better be gone at the end of the year unless there's a huge turn around.

You can judge by the small opportunities he gets and if he makes the most of a crappy situation.

I think Dickerson needs more time for a proper evaluation, but so far he does not live up to the hype.

If Dickerson is a better guard than he is center then he's another wasted pick and we need a guard too.

Having a QB helps the OL, too.

Hurts seems limp wristed

God I hope so.

Only thing you gotta be careful about is if you fire the HC every year, no one good is gonna want the job.

LOL, that's true, but that also happens a lot.

Back when we were good, you remember that feeling when we just let a team hang around, couldn't put them away?

I remember but this isn't that. THIS is Brady on cruise control with a bum thumb on his throwing hand. The Eagles are being seriously outclassed. The Bucs are coasting right now. If the Bucs laser focus in and give it 100% on every play (which they won't), they can score 28 more points in the 2nd half without blinking an eye.

I have a good feeling about the 2nd half

I do too. In the sense that it is timed and will eventually end.

Bout to come out firing again. Three passes and three and out.

While I’d like to see Hurts become our starting QB, I just don’t see it. His arm simply isn’t good enough. A serviceable back-up is most likely what he’ll end up being. Eventually if things devolve too much, by mid season I’d like to see Minshew. See what you have in him and if it doesn’t work then take the best QB available in the draft - if there is one.

Did anyone tell @Cochis_Calhoun that Hurts sucks

They should've redshirt him or waited until the 10 month mark before playing him. Good learning experience for him. Hopefully he can stay healthy

We may not have to trade up. Our pick is going to be very high.

The Dolphins pick will be too. But I doubt either of them will be higher than third. I hope for two picks in the top ten and one from the Colts in the top twenty. Then I'd love to see them trade down a couple times to get more picks. I'd guess we're only about fourteen guys away from being a good team again....

What’s even worse about the rushing is wasn’t the first play if the game a rush with Sanders?
