Flacco traded to the Jets for a 6th

They have no use for him. They are going to play Hurts all year so they can put the blame solely on him for this debacle of a season. Watching this clown show offense with a different QB next year will be a real hoot.

We basically gave him away for nothing.

Howie can’t get a 1st or 2nd round pick right, let alone a 6th rounder.

The fact he got anything for Flacco and Pryor is remarkable

Love this!  Flacco was an insurance policy ONLY if we were actually competitive (lol) and Hurts got injured.  If anything were to happen to Hurts now I’d much rather see Minshew to see if he looks any better in this offense than old man Joe who surely has no future here.  Minshew, on the other hand, may … whether as starter or backup.

Eagles also claimed QB Reid Sinnett off waivers from Miami (and released Lovato in the process).  Have to assume Lovato’s release was a temporary move to make room for Sinnett until the Flacco transaction was official.

Good point but for every Quez Watkins there’s probably 5 guys who didn’t make it.

Messy business. He's an actual fan of the team. At the end of his career and gets traded to the Jets

Yep this is a great move. Plus the Jets might win a couple of games with Flacco which could potentially help the Miami/our own draft pick.

No brainer.

Wonder if he actually feels he's in a better situation.

You know how far you’ve fallen when the answer to that question is likely a close call.
