I need to start 2 WRs + 1 Flex from the above WRs. 

I am ready to elevate DeVonta Smith into the lineup, even though I think he remains an extreme boom/bust candidate. Then who sits? I shade Sanders and Aiyuk even though they have tasty matchups. McLaurin took a knock last week and it could be a tough matchup. So then I would play Allen, Renfrow, Smith? How does that sound?

RBs I could flex are Damien Harris (TNF) or Chris Carson. Sterling Shepard, Kenny Golladay, Kendrick Bourne, and Elijah Moore survived waivers and are available at WR.

Keenan Allen and Hunter Renfrow should be locked in at WR. I think you can make a case for Devonta Smith as that 3rd guy you start since the Patriots will probably split carries between Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson.

Thanks. Allen is a lock. Renfrow is a reliable 10 or more points every week, something like +/-5 catches, +/-50 yards. Hoping for a TD that doesn't always materialize. He doesn't boom, but rarely busts. So right now I have him in the same range as McLaurin and Smith. I'll start 2 of 3 depending on which matchups I like.

I am content to sit McLaurin this week. He got dinged on the shoulder on Sunday. I don't like his matchup this week, playing in what has become a low volume passing offense. I am hoping Smith keeps his hot streak going. The talent is there.

I would stick with your gut here and leave it as is

The correct answer this week was: Allen, McLaurin, and Aiyuk. It didn't matter anyway because I have Jon Taylor.
