@JohnSnowsHair putting in work in here.  I too like to screenshot.

Of course not, they quickly scrubbed that from his social media, but he was an outspoken Hillary supporter. I even got Snopes to email me back admitting it, although I don’t think they ever admitted it on their page.  I’m in no way suggesting that had anything to do with the shooting. I still contend that he did that because he’s a closeted homosexual whose father has always been militantly homophobic.

You're trying to support your argument that CNN isn't biased by showing a screenshot which is another example of their 5 year long obsession with Trump?

Also, look all the way at the bottom right of the screenshot.

uhh, Trump firing Lewandowski was the big news on June 20th 2016.

amusingly enough, it was Foxnews.com that had a headline related to the Pulse nightclub shooting early in the day on June 20th - because they were running a story about "gun control".  later they were of course covering Lewandowski getting fired.

Wherever there are liberal propaganda outlets, you can be sure there are "moderates" waiting to defend them with bated breath.

Anything Trump is big news for CNN.  Hell, even now they can't stop talking about him.  Any given day you can go there and see something about Trump.  Regardless of what else is going on in the world.  Come on....you're more sensible than this.

You're arguing different things.  JohnSnow's arguing that CNN gave the Pulse shooting and the Parade attack roughly the same amount of time and coverage on their site.  You're arguing, for some reason, that CNN talks about Trump a lot.  No sheet they talk about Trump a lot.

uh, yeah, because people actually are interested in holding Trump accountable.

you're making an argument that CNN was "obsessed" with Trump because in June of 2016 during a presidential election Lewandowski gets fired and CNN has it as their top story for a few hours.  it was replaced by an article about Clinton's search for her running mate shortly thereafter.

these are the facts. I know you guys like to make some big boogeyman and assign nefarious reasons for everything the MSM does, but the reality is that they're doing what every media organization does: chasing revenue. and revenue is not generated by sober and honest assessments of what's gong on in the world, otherwise NPR would be the #1 "news" source.

every 24 hour news network is simply an entertainment network pretending to inform. but they really want to anger and outrage people, because that's what keeps people glued in.

every day Fox has an article complaining about how CNN is covering some story. you know why? because idiots lap it up, because it confirms their biases. that's it.

No, there's definitely an ideological drive behind much of what the MSM reports. If it was purely based on money, more networks would copy Fox and lean conservative because Fox absolutely destroys all the soy channels in ratings. After all we've seen, to believe the MSM is driven purely by ratings is probably one of the dumbest arguments I've read on here and I've seen a guy post about PB&J racism and $8 per pound chicken.

Trump puts himself in the news. He still controls the republican party.

I'm sorry, but Trump is actually relevant.

How much mileage did Foxnews get out of Bengazi?

You're a TV network.  One of your chief competitor's most important public-facing employees attempts to cover up a family member's crimes/transgressions...are you telling me you wouldn't have a take on that?

I'm not saying there's no value in reporting it. I just think it's funny how much coverage Foxnews seems to have devoted to covering how OTHER networks cover news.

It's very meta.

Brian Stelter's show "Reliable Sources" - lmfao, yes, that's the real name - is almost entirely devoted to covering what Tucker Carlson said the night before.

well, I don't care what that idiot Tucker says when he says it himself. I sure as hell am not going to be listening to someone covering him.

it's amazing that you guys willingly spend your time buying in to a system that quite literally feeds on itself.

it's insanity that ANYBODY listens to guys like Tucker or Cuomo, or gives a rat's a$$ what they think about anything. it's clear their only goal is to gain followers, not report the news or give any actual insight.

I'll stick with my Sam Harris podcasts over Tucker's ish-posting.

I have no desire to have the comments section of Foxnews.com reconstituted as verbal diarrhea broadcast into my brain every night. we see what it's done to you morons.
