Why... he's practically never finished a season which is why he could only procure a 1 year deal.

He's just had shoulder surgery and was pacing for a career worst season through 5 games last year, his yards per catch has dropped 4 and a half yards from his first 3 years. My guess is Howie isn't sure that his market will reflect that.
