I don't know how many Eps are this season nor how many seasons planned, so I'm wondering based on how the last couple eps have been, do we find them getting back home soon? If if so, does the show end there, or would we get a season showing them as kids trying to reintegrate back into society?

This season has 10 episodes, so 2 remaining.  I don't know that they've announced how many seasons it will be in total.  I do know that they spent 19 months in the wilderness before being rescued, which included 2 winters, so rescue is like December ish.  Right now in the wilderness timeline they are in October, so they have a couple more months before rescue.  They still have to show the "pit girl" scene from the pilot episode.

I'm guessing now that they've introduced the Hannah character that she ends up being the pit girl, but there are quite a few other deaths that need addressed yet.
