Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Love that story. 

 

Best game as far as how I played... COD4. I was top 100 in the U.S. at Search n Destroy & top 200 TDM. Could still run with my best friend (IRL) and hit 60 out of 75 TDM kills together up until the remastered. Loved the original on 360. Never played remastered because those F's released it with the other game.....

Cant remember the game, but back in the day my Dad bought a 3DO in the early 90's. We had 2 games.  One was a a FPS type game that I only remember there being 1 level/scene on. But the graphics were of real people getting shot.

So many different styles and stages of my life when I played many to narrow it down to one.
Early days I absolutely loved Super Mario World and Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 on Sega. I played a lot of other NES games, but those ones on the next console generation probably gave me the most enjoyment.

While it started on SNES, Mario Kart as an entity also belongs on that list of games that’s given me and me playing with other people so much joy. 
 

FF7 + FF7 Remake

God of War (all games/consoles) 

FF10

Uncharted (all games/consoles)

Tomb Raider (PS3/PS4)... and the two sequels made it feel like one long continuous story 

Assassins Creed II (and it’s sequels) 

The Last of Us

Madden 04 or 05 (Ray Lewis cover + hit stick)

Yeah, I’ve played (and forgotten) too many games over the years to pick just one.  I’ll say that my top 10 would be:

Skyrim/Oblivion

Halo franchise

Uncharted franchise

Mario Kart (any and all really, but Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is phenomenal)

Mario franchise (the platformers and 3D games)

Zelda franchise

Mass Effect trilogy

Assassin’s Creed franchise (though I stopped playing not long after Ezio)

SSX franchise (first three games in particular, though I liked the PS3 version, too)

NBA Jam/NBA Jam TE 

Burnout Paradise nearly made the list, but then I remembered NBA Jam.  I said top 10, and rules are rules...

Its ok, I think I prefer Civ 5 to be honest. it was the perfect balance of features. Civ 6 it just seems like there's too much happening.

Also the Warcraft franchise... the RTS game.  Recently refunded Warcraft 3 reforged though, it was absolute crap!
