I’m moreso judging it by the facts of the case. He really has no argument. He signed a contract. He has to honor that contract. Twitter has held up their end of the bargain to do everything necessary to get to closing. He’s breaching the contract by backing out.

He haphazardly brought a multi billion dollar social media platform in the midst of a temper tantrum. He went to space and tried to get a happy ending. His step sister is now carrying his father's child, aka also his step sibling. There's really no headline you could see at this point where at least part of your initial reaction isn't "yeah I could see it".
