November 18, 20222 yr Quote Before the Thursday deadline, Musk and his advisers held meetings with "critical” Twitter employees in an attempt to dissuade them from leaving, reports say. He also seemed to retreat on his stance on not allowing people to work from home in confusing messages about the company’s remote work policy.

They called his bluff and now he's begging for them to stay. Nobody is going to respect a CEO acting this way.

November 18, 20222 yr I've got to give credit where credit is due.. Trump may be a terrible businessman but even his most failed ventures never flamed out as terribly or were as costly as Elon Musk's egotistical foray into Twitter.

November 18, 20222 yr This is like watching WeWork in fast forward. Mind boggling all around. How could he not foresee that some of most marketable employees in a competitive industry would tell him to eff himself.

The internet has been full of companies going belly up. Having worked at a casino, i have no idea how you can bankrupt one. Your clientele is literally addicted to your product. Keep them clean and have great personalized guest service. It's not that hard.
