They are activists (and staff) with names we can read because of the signs in front of them (that aren't in braille). Several are wearing glasses. All of them look up at each other at some point (often during the description phase where their eyes move from face to clothing as per description). Other people in the room have cameras, laptops, pen and paper, etc... They may be doing that for the sake of people not in the room, but you should probably get the facts straight.
