They were laying people off, but had some feature so people could have emoticons. Lots of thumbs down emoticons throughout it, then the CCO ends the call early since people aren’t handling it well by using the emoticons.

I was less surprised that they only quickly mentioned brakes since EVs are likely to have less wear and tear on them despite being heavier due to regenerative braking. As for tires, are they assuming the same tire on a ICE vehicle as a EV? Because yes, if you put the same tire on an EV that you would an ICE vehicle, it would wear faster. But for EVs, different tires are recommended to combat wear. It would be great to get a holistic view of all pollutants involved with each getting down to energy transmission levels. For example, how much energy\pollution is used for the pure transport and refinement of gasoline plus actual vehicle emissions vs electricity that is produced from blended sources (weighted for the average created coal, wind, solar, nuclear, hydro, etc given a population) plus sourcing the battery. (Sourcing the battery would have to distinguish the type of battery, since LFP batteries don't contain cobalt)
March 5, 20241 yr Yesterday's decision was so triggering to Democrats that now it's time for the wise Latina to go

You make some good points though.

It’s a subject of interest since I bought the Mach, and the reason I bought it is because I don’t feel like paying over $4 a gallon, not because I’m a treehugger.
