lol, that wasn't our argument, Paul, but nice job trying to move the goalposts.

Ok, but it all started because I said "Good" for her being charged with filing a false report as if you were defending her. So you agree she should be charged with filing a false report then?

Sick bastid probably super sized it, too.

Nah, some idiot with a documentary ruined that.

I'll be happy to answer that if you go ahead and confirm my question from a page back:

So, in other words, you've stopped playing stupid and concede that, yes, he did threaten the dog, correct?

I never watched it and haven't ordered anything from McDonalds except an occasional happy meal for the kids in like a decade.  I'm assuming it still exists under a different term?

kkkarenz physically can't answer that question without adding in some variation of "black. guy. bad."...he just can't.

I mean not gonna lie, I'll eat a McDonald's fry

Meh.

Now taco bell....

I actually believe they did away with it entirely. I haven't eaten in McDonald's in years. Not because I'm one of those "I won't eat fast food ever" people. Mostly because there's so much good crap food that I feel like eating McDonald's is wasting it when I finally indulge.

 Thanks for playing Kz. Ultimately your opinion doesn't matter. Justice was served. Go police! Why you have such contempt for the work the police are doing in this case is beyond me.

Haha, what's the matter, Paul? Don't want to answer?

I don't need to. The police did the investigation and the answer is clearly no. I support them. You don't apparently.

Now you're back-pedaling on your pivot. Impressive.

Pivot? I already said the answer is no. Where's the backpedaling. Do you ever get tired of losing?

Yes. That still doesn't excuse calling the police, freaking out, choking your dog and saying someone is threatening to kill you and that you fear for your life while standing there not trying to "escape". She filed a false report. He broke no laws. End of story. Maybe a lawyer can get her off but she's the only one who needs the lawyer.

OK, so now it's just "creepy" but not a threat?

Yep. Never once did I ever say it was a threat. Having treats for dogs is weird even if this guy has to deal with it all the time.

Sorry, you can try to excuse falsely claiming someone has threatened to kill you all you want but she's completely in the wrong. That can have MAJOR implications on someone's life.

I know, I know "BUT THE DOG TREATSSZZZZZ"

OK, back to playing the confused white liberal, got it. I can see I'll have to walk you through this like you are a child. Let's try a thought experiment. You and your kid are walking in an adult only park. This exchange takes place:

Random stranger: Hey, get that kid out of here, jerk.

You: Mind your business.

Stranger: Look, if you’re going to do what you want, I’m going to do what I want, but you’re not going to like it.

He then attempts to coax your child toward him with a happy meal.

Is he threatening your child? What's your reaction? Do you let your child approach and take the meal?

 You're comparing a dog off its leash to a child to make your point??!!!! Bwahahahahahahahahhaha.

Seriously, this place can't be free, can it?!

You can't answer because you know it's a threat. You're a child. Get wrecked again.

I've actually never given my opinion on the decision. Frankly, I think it's a little overly punitive to throw charges on top of her as well, considering she's lost the dog, and her job, and has essentially had her life destroyed by an encounter that was pretty unnecessary. My stance has been they're both aholes the entire time, but only one has seen their life completely destroyed, while the other has been celebrated on the internet.

Chick Fil A opening by me put an end to my McD days forever.  Kids would rather have that.  Mobile order, curbside.  Just pull in and they bring it out.  Customer service difference between the 2 places is unbelievable.  McDonalds drive thru is like an hour with 4 cars in line.  Chick Fil A with 400...10 minutes maybe.

Now back to my hypothetical, yes a child and a dog actually are comparable in this situation. Answer the hypothetical.

 The law has spoken. I agree with them. No threats were made and she was charged. Those are my thoughts. End of discussion. Stop being so stubbornly wrong all the time.
