And this particular individual is given poor performance reviews every single year yet has rock solid job stability and a guaranteed raise so they keep on f'n off thanks to the teachers union. Psst...check out the ER PSERS contribution rate this year. WHY CAN'T WE PAY TEACHERS!.

January 7Jan 7 In all seriousness, the real reason is because I hate how lazy it has made people. If you have a presentation, send it to me in advance. I'm not reading it for the 1st time as you share your screen. That's a complete waste of my time.

I don't want to sit there and read slides because it's their first time looking at it. I just want to touch on the highlights and answer any questions.

One of my greatest pet peeves is how everyone just wants to hop on a Zoom call to discuss something before providing any info. I don't have time for that. Send me something to review and I'll let you know if I think a call is worth it. A huge part of the problem is we have generations in the work force that have no ability to create written materials that effectively communicate details. And on that most people just want to be lazy and have a call instead of doing the work to create a presentation, and basically Millennials and Gen Z have ruined efficiency.

January 7Jan 7 It is a sad commentary on today’s Democrat Party that John F’ing Fetterman is the best chance they have to win a national election in the coming cycles. It’s a nearly as sad commentary on the Republican Party that they might have trouble beating him.
