July 7, 20205 yr These 2 people arguing in the park over a dog not on a leash, those type of arguments can happen often and shouldn't be some big story. But add in cell phone video, the recent Karens calling the cops on black people issues (BBQ Becky, Water bottle Wendy or whatever their nicknames were) with the backdrop of the current racial tensions and it becomes a story.
