There are gay people though. Like they get married the same as straight people. We see shows and movies where straight people kiss and get married, so I don’t see an issue with there being gay people doing the same thing. It’s a normal thing that happens. I don’t know this show and don’t watch it, so I can’t comment on if it feels forced or not in the show.

Your "normalcy" is a more recent perspective and personally I don't care either way.

What I care about is the subversion. Netflix is just exploiting poor parenting. The parents that are "outraged" need to be better parents.
