Playing politics by using our kids education as a bargaining chip.   Nice.

Do you honestly believe that?  I don't

Pretty sure it would be illegal to wear one, especially since the current political climate could make it a "viable threat"....hence it would be a "terroristic threat" among other possible charges.

Generally, a terroristic threat "is sufficiently specific where it threatens death or great bodily injury, and a threat is not insufficient simply because it does not communicate a time or precise manner of execution. Thus, a criminal statute prohibiting terroristic threatening serves to criminalize future, as well as present, death threats."[3]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terroristic_threat#:~:text=A terroristic threat is a,"making a terroristic threat."

Freedom of speech only goes so far.  You can't scream "fire" in a crowded movie theater, etc etc etc.

It's silly. Someone is just trying to find a controversy that wasn't there. Go ahead and run the numbers on the amount of "KillCops" jerseys sold. I bet the number is 0 (unless this dork trying to stir the pot bought one).

Whether or not anyone ordered one is completely beside the point.  I don't want to get into a word or sentence battle with you, but, had the NBA not lectured us on the goodness of China, and our ignorance for supporting an independent Hong Kong, there would be no story here at all.  But they did.

I'm actually in 100% agreement with you regarding the NBA and China. It was completely embarrassing and I lost a lot of respect for a lot of those players (LeBron in particular).

That still doesn't change the "KillCops" jersey nonsense.

Money talks.  Why do you think none of the BLM athletes ever say anything about Nike exploiting slave labor in other countries?  The answer is obvious.

Never doubted it for a second.

Wonder what they would do if say Nike said we can bring all manufacturing back to the US and give the jobs to POC if our endorsed athletes agree to 99% reduction in their endorsement contracts which will go towards manufacturing startup and wages.  Would be a nice $6-10 billion dollar investment in equality.

aoc clapping back

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Zuker has a point.

Is it possible that they never blocked it because nobody ever actually ordered them? Come on guys, a little common sense goes a long way.

But that's not the point Paul.  The point is that the entire narrative has simply gone bananas.
