We’ll take the win, but giving up points like that to the Lions is unacceptable. Other, better  teams will destroy us if we don’t get our D figured out. Unfortunately we have Gannon and a D-Line that’s not ready for prime time. 

The lead commentator got it right the eagles survived this game. With a semi conscious DC it wouldnt have been that close.

Our offense was outscored by Goff. And AJ had a career day. Let that sink in.  And Sanders had just about 100. This defense needs a new DC..

THAT'S A W.    Props to Detroit.  They didn't give up.    Defense you started great but that last quarter and half was an issue.   Offense was awesome overall so many people scored.  4 Rushing TD's WOW.   AJ killed it today.  Best Eagles WR Debut since T.O. back in 2004.    It's the first game, there are things to clean up.   A Win is a Win.

SMH what exactly are these sports analysts looking at???? You would SWEAR that this was a superbowl caliber defense with the way they have been talking !!! Before anyone says a word....I wasnt impressed with the O Line either.....

Who feels really happy right now? I wish I could. I really want to. But that was not great. 

I feel sorry for Smith. Whoever is WR1 will get a lot of catches, and after being demoted to WR2 Smith likely won't get many looks this season.
