Yeah they were all saying the governor's race won't really be a race since the Commander from Handmaid's Tale is so crazy and Shapiro is so well liked, but it's best to not get over confident. That guy would be a disaster. I may actually volunteer for Shapiro's campaign if I can find the time. I think the election is that important.

my county is so trumpy.  f'n oz got over 41%. also, 32k repugs voted compared to only 19k dems.

Seemed to be a low turnout here.  I was the only voter there when I voted after work yesterday. The republicans got all excited when I came walking up until I told them I wasn't a republican

the town where i live is so small...i overheard the poll workers talking about how busy it was yesterday & that it might hit 100 votes!

I think I was number 85 when I voted at 4:30. My town isn't that small. That's a really low turnout.

I'd estimate my polling place will typically hit 100 votes in the first 10-15 minutes it is open.

15 counties had more Republican voters than Philly

I honestly would have guessed that Oz would be more popular in the rural counties and McCormick in the suburban counties, a bit surprised it's the reverse.

Us rural people weren’t impressed with Oz at all, The conservative "greeters” at my polling place were handing out papers for Barnett ,,voted at 3:30 and I was republican 193 ,a democrat came in behind me and was 23 rd

yeah it's not necessarily surprising to me that Oz wouldn't poll well in the rural areas. I'm more surprised that McCormick seems to be the beneficiary.

what even is oz's platform beyond he loves trump and will fire fauci ?

I mean, that's basically the entire Republican platform.

There wasn't much for democrats to vote for. The only race we had was Lamb vs. Fetterman. Shapiro ran unopposed. All of our local people did too.

Has Dr. Oz complained about sham mail-in ballots yet?

Too early. I’ve read the race went from toss up to "leaning democratic” after Tuesday, but the article didn’t provide any data to support it.

None at the polling place. Everyone except Fetterman was running unopposed.
