just remember, if any diseases kick up, it's covid's fault.

American Academy of Pediatrics pushes back on Trump's EO regarding vaccines.

AAP Statement in Response to Executive Order on Vaccines

"Today's executive order is not based on "gold-standard science." There is no new evidence to justify significant changes to childhood immunization guidance. Dozens of studies involving millions of people show there is no link between vaccines and autism, and yet federal leaders continue to promote this outdated, disproven idea to scare families. Today's executive order will do nothing to support families of children with autism or advance understanding of the condition. The only purpose of this announcement is to sow confusion so that more people doubt the importance of vaccines. Delaying or skipping shots is risky, especially as measles continues to spread and children go back to school.

"On-time immunization keeps our kids and our communities healthy and thriving. If parents have questions about vaccines, I encourage them to talk with their child's pediatrician or clinician.”

In other words, don't take immunization advice from a politician.

You never get to hear about the ones that died.

Probably as close as we can get to a cure for a type of cancer and naturally the usual suspects oppose it because they're in a death cult

yeah, but per our illustrious secretary of health and human services, they were only unvaccinated because of covid.

Throat cancer is now the #1 cancer caused by HPV specifically because so many women got the vaccine and men didn't. It's ridiculous.

I remember the day after the election, one of the trumpbots came in here talking up RFK Jr because his dad was a chiropractor and he said RFK Jr was gonna fix the FDA which had been broken for decades or some shìt. Funny how nobody wants to defend this ass clown anymore.

May be an image of text that says 'Health Two unvaccinated people have died from measles in PA. Now would be a great time for federal health leadership to LOUDLY advise people to get their MMR vaccine.'

Instead silence.

rfk jr's cure-all.

fficials with the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced on Tuesday that – for the first time in 35 years – two unvaccinated residents of the Commonwealth died from "measles-associated deaths."

On Tuesday, Aug. 25, Pa. Governor Josh Shapiro addressed these deaths in a press event at Lancaster General Health's Women and Babies Hospital in Lancaster.

"If you're fully vaccinated, you're not getting the measles," Shapiro said.

During his remarks, Shapiron noted that so far this year the Department of Health has confirmed 393 cases in 28 Pennsylvania counties.

"That is the highest number of measles cases since 1992," he said.

Though, Shapiro also said, each of these nearly 400 cases involved individuals that were not fully vaccinated.

"I want to be clear, this illness and death from measles is completely preventable," Shapiro said. "We already have to the tools to protect ourselves and our families from this disease."
