I'm all for going extremely gentle with pitchers, despite the rugged old school theory that lighter usage is causing the injuries. 6 man rotation, short starts...keep those arms fresh.

For a 22 year old outfielder that weighs like 180lbs soaking wet...I'm not worried about fatigue or overuse injuries.

Marsh seems to start every year hot, then wouldn't connect with the ball if it were sitting on a see for most of the season, then heats up a little bit at the very end.

Is it just me or is that a pretty reliable cycle for him?
