Duran is good but the anatomically incorrect arachnid crawling across an LED board for 5 seconds really keeps him from reaching the next level. I think it comes back to bite them, pun intended, in October. Not sure how anyone can take him seriously until its fixed.

I wanted to enjoy him coming in and throwing 103mph pitches and shutting down the opposing batters in order, but I just couldn't get past them getting that damn spider wrong

Just saying i said around the AS game that their starting pitching would go through a period of time where they were just not good. Not going 6 months and playoffs like they were. Just relying on it being elite ever month it was likely going to blow up in their face for a couple weeks to a month.

Hopefully painter and wood pan out. Gives you Sanchez, painter and wood going forward. Unfortunately stuck with Nola for next 5 years. Need to find just one pitcher once wheeler retires if Sanchez, wood and painter are good. I think Nola like is gone as a 5th starter but being paid a ridiculous amount
