What kind of a baseball manager thinks it’s a good idea to start Nick Castellanos against Chris Sale at this point in time? Oh I know…..one that totally ignores facts and plays lefties vs righties and vice versa no matter how horrendous they are.

Same thing as Bader crushing right handed pitching but they keep sitting him

You’ve been waiting for me to post something like a sweaty hoooore in church that’s been denied crock!

Sale on the mound expect another shutout

Tomorrow they are seeing a pitcher they’ve never seen. So it might not get much better. They face against the brewers misiorowski who they’ve never seen. Quintana who’s pitched well against us and peralta who’s been great.

I have! You haven't said sheet on here in years!

Jt is 1 for his last 17

Castellanos 0 for his last 11

2 little blonde nightmares will do that to a man.

Also, I stand corrected! Castellanos really looked like he had a great read on that 81 mph curve that sunk right over the middle of the strike zone while his knees buckled. Similar to when you asked Jim to your senior prom Gaylord Dockers!

Should really dye their hair so they become brunettes lol

The Marlins are doing what the Phillies couldn’t in Citi Field

magic number is:

I would add it’s pathetic that even the marlins could at worse split a series in Citi field and the Phillies couldn’t win a Fing game

It’s absolutely insane how this team crumbles in very specific situations. I have no doubt it’ll happen at one point in the playoffs again this year. It’s almost a given. I’m amazed they won this series after the blowout Thursday night.

Also zero chance they sweep this series. They’ll pack it in like @olsilverhair does to his cage holes when I don’t refill his gerbil water feeder.

Who didn’t see a 1 run lead being enough to win this game….

Sanchez looking a lot like Suarez in his last two starts where he might be running out of gas. A lot of hits against him. Limited the damage today but definitely not as crisp they first 5 innings as a couple weeks ago

Just need 1 more run then

I have way more faith in Sanchez than Suarez. I have such a funny ra*c*ist joke after that sentence but I’ll leave that for verbal conversation so I don’t get funny cancelled.

But seriously….Suarez scares the piss out of me starting in a playoff game. When he’s bad and can’t locate, he’s awful. Sanchez at least always has nasty stuff.

With hitting like that from Harper and schwarber and base running like that from Turner asking for 1 more run is likely an uphill battle

I think the issue with Sanchez is he’s going to wind up pitching more innings than he ever has. It’s an issue. He’s likely to surpass last years IP in his next two starts. Add on it’s much different being the ace then being the guy behind wheeler. I wish he was going against the brewers cause i think it’s important to see what he looks like vs. brewers, Mets and dodgers. I think Suarez you just know he’s likely going to look like he did yesterday and vs. Mets last postseason but he’s going to battle and keep you in it.

Don't you worry, Bader gonna hit a walk off home run against a righty and then sit him again next game against a righty

Pretty fortunate the Braves pulled sale after 78 pitches

Amazing had 19 runs on Thursday. Next 16 innings they have 3 runs on 9 hits

Bohm is my favorite. Untouchable third baseman that’s 6’5 with no power, hits inside out, and complains and throws temper tantrums like an 80s broad with severe PMS. Maybe cut your hair, and start adding some testosterone to your diet (like me). It works bro. 👀

Idk Castellanos is up there. He’s been dreadful for the better part of the last 2 months. His wife goes on Twitter to take shots at the manager and fans. Plus he comes off like a dope when he says what he did yesterday after the game. He knows the reaction it was going to get which we don’t need right now

Profar has been good for the Braves. Gotta believe if he didn’t get himself suspended like Alvarado did that it would’ve helped them in those 80 games missed to not completely fall apart from an offensive standpoint. Plus he got a decent contract. 3 for $42 mil. Still more reasonable and better than Castellanos’ contract

That was a hell of an at bat by Stott. 9 pitches and fouled off 3 in a row to get the walk

Marsh also beginning to get out of his 3 week slump

And then Turner and schwarber do nothing… 0-8 with RISP today…

Strahm gonna get smacked
