I also went to game four too. But I believe since they won game 5 and came back to Philadelphia with the lead that my curse didn’t doom them otherwise they’d have lost game 5 too

Tbh I should go through in LA. The Phillies are 6-1 and games I’ve been into in LA and in the postseason 3-1

That sounds like a better plan just as long as it isn’t Ohtani pitching. I’d say go to Kershaw because he’s terrible in the playoffs

Honestly such a strange season. But also a great one, especially after how the last one ended, have to give the team a lot of credit. They have enough to make a serious run and that’s really all I hope for each year.

I’d be shocked if he’s starting in a game. My guess is they go with a 4 man rotation of Yamamoto, snell, Ohtani and glasnow. Have Sheehan and kershaw to piggyback if those guys can’t go more than 5. Tbh i think Roberts and the FO seeing how bad their bullpen has been down the stretch, are gonna try to extend some guys in games. Like if they’re 90-95 pitches going into like the seventh I think they’re gonna let him go out there and pitch the seventh because of how bad their bullpen is.

The thing that worries me with the Dodgers is if you don’t make their starters work to get them out of the game earlier and then they go seven innings and makes their pen need to just figure a way to get 6 outs. And depending on how many runs what the score is that could be a problem. In a playoff scenario if Otani goes seven and you’re down three to one, you only have 6 outs to get three runs to win the game and two to tie it. The Phillies as we’ve seen in the past in the postseason start to press and swing at things completely out of the zone when the pressure gets higher. That’s my concern. If the Phillies can make those guys throw pitches and get them out by the fifth, having four innings against the Dodgers bullpen I would favor the Phillies. But I’m not sure the Phillies lineup will against Yamamoto, Ohtani, and Snell, who they’ve not looked good against this year is a problem

Ohtani 5 innings 0 ERs and 0hits (68 pitches he’s going 100 pitches in playoffs. Was 91 last night)

Snell 7 innings 0 ERs and 2 hits

Sheehan 5.2 innings 1 hit 1 er

Had success against glasnow though. It’s kind of why with the schedule for nlds only needing 3 starters they probably use him, kershaw and Sheehan to piggy back or relief for an inning or two.

Then again the dodgers bullpen is god awful for the second night in a row

Kershaw just closed out the 9th for the dodgers.
