Game five with Ozuna error not tagging third-base felt like it changed the entire momentum of that game. Then again tonight the guy runs home on a ground ball and causes a double play in an inning that could’ve led to at least 1-2 more runs.

While I agree that historically the Phillies are a bad organization, at least they have a recent World Series championship to hang their hat on. Heck, their 1980 championship is more recent then the last championships for the Browns (never won a Super Bowl), Jets (way back in Super Bowl III), and the Knicks (their last title was I believe 1970).

I'm a 4/4 Philadelphia guy, I also root for the Browns and Indians. They are my AFC and AL teams. The Jets are the only NY team I root for too. Lol...I torture myself with my sports fandom. Lol

Browns never even got to a super bowl to lose one neither have the lions. Hell the lions have never even been to a conference championship.
October 26, 20204 yr Geeez just Fing hire the guy from the rays and fire klentak and mcphailure. It might be another 10-15 years til we make the playoffs again. Might rival the 94-2006 drought

October 28, 20204 yr Tough situation for Justin Turner, I can't even imagine... He's the starting third baseman for the Dodgers. Gets pulled in the middle of the final game of the World Series because his COVID test was positive, then his team goes on to win the World Series. He deserves to celebrate, he's a big part of the team. But he's allegedly carrying the virus, so he could infect the whole team in celebration. Another thing... Didn't MLB bubble playoff teams in Texas so this wouldn't happen? How'd he get the virus in the first place?

There’s no way they found out in the 7th inning he had it; he went out there knowing he was positive. His celebration stunt should carry a 50-game suspension for next season, but MLB would need an actual commissioner to do that — not one that let HOU and BOS cheat to win without penalty

Turner was pulled out in the 7th inning. I suppose that's when the Dodgers got the call the test came back positive. As for Turner himself, how'd he get it? It's not like you can feel it when you catch the virus. Did he know he was at risk? I thought MLB playoffs were in a bubble.
