i think the whole tell you the ending and then explain angle can get tiresome.

I get it, they’re setting up the story. Throw around names fans comprehend, but how about a little action. Hopefully the 1st season is not all story telling and has some good action scenes. i wondering how they mesh the hal jordan, guy gardner, john stewart angle assuming this show is cannon to the dunn superman movie. mpre multiverse nonsense?

There's an iteration of the comics where John Stewart was half-Manhunter, half-human, and he was a powerful enough guardian that he didn't need the ring.

When he manifested the bird through unconsciousness and kept it around a few days made me wonder, but who knows.

admittedly i was never as big of a fan of dc like i was with marvel, but i did like batman a lot. with that i did do some reading and found out the same thing about stewart. that part i get about the show.
