I remember her book, TV appearances and "reports" teasing that she might run and keeping herself in the spotlight.

No argument from me that Trump is a narcissistic snake oil salesman.  Then again, him running again is more realistic than Hillary because Trump actually won the Presidency once and his fanbase still wants him, whereas Democrats threw Hillary in the trash the second she lost and then finally admitted she was a bad candidate.  So yeah different approaches for sure.

This is a little too both sidesy. Hillary's engagement after her loss is nothing like Trump's.

Hillary was tossed aside by the Democrats after her loss. Her relevance was minimal. If anything she was probably a bit kryptonite.

Trump is still the most relevant Republican alive. The base still loves the guy, and as many want him to run in 2024 as don't.

I wish Trump had been mothballed by the party after what he put the nation through between Nov 3rd and Jan 20th. I believe most of the Republican party WANTS him to go away. But the guy has an army of useful idiots who were willing to attempt a coup, and they are still as supportive as ever. Even if it's only a plurality of Republicans, it's the largest bloc in the party.

Clinton is absolutely nothing by comparison. Books and teasing a Presidential run got nothing more than passing glances from the public.

Yeah I posted his full statement in another thread. "It's just a meme"

Edit: I literally just grabbed the first two memes on Reddit that were somewhat relevant and posted them as a reply. Very little thought. Sweet chem is pretty chill.

Remember all those Hilary rallies in 2017, gearing up for her 2020 run?  Those were fun.

I think you missed the part where Hilary wasn't the presumptive nominee for the party even over a year after inciting an insurrection to overturn an election she lost.

But yeah, other than that, solid post.
