January 16, 20241 yr McDermott and Cedi Osman are available from the Spurs. They are leaning in to a youth movement around Wemby. Id assume they want picks. Wouldnt mind McDermott (expiring) for a 2nd round pick. McDermott is a more reliable shooter than Covington. Indy is building packages around Hield and a future 1st, trying to improve their roster. They wanted OG. If theyre looking for a swingman better than Hield it doesnt seem like we make sense as a trade partner. They have no need for Tobi, and Melton isnt really an upgrade over Hield so...
