Aren't they both on about 20 mill each?

Tobi has a 40 mill contract so he would be moved for this to happen.

I was thinking about O'Neal the other night. I don't know if the Nets are at the point of selling off pieces yet.

Kuzma was another but I don't like him. Not worth the potential headache

Not sure what Brogdon has on his deal but the point is they're as good as any free agent you can sign this summer so taking on the money for them makes some sense.

What would it cost to acquire Scary Terry? He is making 23 mil this year and 25 mil next year as his final contract year. He would be an amazing 6th man. 3 level scorer who is shooting 38% in 8 attempts from 3. He can handle the ball and averages 6.7 apg.

Lowe has hinted that he is destined for the Heat.

Anyone watching this evaluating the attractiveness of the Wendell Carter/Markelle Fultz package?

Also, Suggs is like 2 years out of college, and I think just 3 years out of high school and hes already working on a Rasheed Wallace bald spot.

Im not interested in these guys.

6ers have struggled with rebounding, and need a backup 5 who can start when Joel is not playing.

Wendell carter is intriguing considering he is shooting  43.6 3pt% this season. Tonight he has a double double in 20 minutes off the bench.

Looks like a guy who can play WITH Embiid, as well as be the started on his rest nights.

They have a chance at a title so makes no sense to trade him.

Apparently Bucks are interesting in Murray. That would suck for us.

He has a great contract but injury prone as well and looked like he hurt his hammy just a minute ago.

Would you rather trade Reed or Morris? Could get more value with Reed and his contract isn't guaranteed if they trade him to a loser because it's only guaranteed if his team wins the 1st round.

With what assets? I don't think they can trade a 1st till like 2028

Id trade Reed because he stinks, and his contract is a higher price than we should be paying for someone to sit on the bench most nights. And he may still have some value in the league considering how Ainge went after him and made that poison pill.

I also feel some sentimental value for Morris to be playing in Philly. And I think his value in the locker room is far greater.

Feel the same. He and Covington can get around 19 million

Terq Smith got in and is raining 3s. Like this guy as a microwave scorer off the bench.

Embiid has broken his 30/10 streak

Nuggets broke the Celtics home winning streak lol

More examples of the the vibes on this team. It was great seeing the starters on the bench so excited for Smith's first NBA points. The 3 he made. Then he made another on the next possession.

Right after the game he was on the court doing a radio interview. Embiid went up to him with the ball to let him know he got it for him.

Oubre just gave a locker room interview. Asked about smith Oubre said "Sheeeeeesh", and said "thats one of those things that makes my heart full. I love being able to pass it to him, and he can just wet shots after sitting on the bench for 2 hours. I see a bright future for him"

Oubre was known as a me first stats guy on bad teams. Now hes talking about being on the court in garbage time, enjoying passing the ball to guys like Terq Smith in his first NBA game.

May be an image of 1 person, playing basketball and text that says 'per The Pelicans are open to moving Herb Jones, HPbasketball "The Pelicans are thought to be open to moving Herbert Jones. They're high on Jones, but it'll be difficult for the team to pay their stars, Jones and Trey Murphy (Via it.ly/3u40P2X) HONOR___ HONOR'

Herb Jones is supposedly a super elite defender. He also shoots the 3 at a very solid clip. And he has multiple years on his deal at around 12M per year which is very affordable. But they apparently want cap space to sign some of their other young guys.

We have expiring contracts to send, and I wonder if they could net us another future 1st.

I don't think they need more picks so would have to be assets, but not sure they have it but I would give up all the assets for him.

He is probably worth 3 1sts to be honest

Zion and Cj McCollum hold this team back

I actually expected them to have cap space. I forgot they have McCollum, as well as Ingram and Zion all on max deals already. So they cant absorb that Tobi contract.

Covington for Jones matches salary. Thats like a dream come true. Herb is sorta like Covington in his prime. But better. As far as picks are concerned, maybe some teams get in to a bidding war and we would have to add something. But as it is right now, theyre apparently looking to shed salary. In those cases if anyone sends picks its them. Id let them off the hook easy and just do a straight up RoCo trade if that gets the deal through.

6ers have played House and Kork in this game. Seems like they want to lose. They also keep chucking from 3 and they cant hit one tonight. Need some maxey attacking, and Embiid mid range or post ups.

That won't get the done deal lol. He is as good as Jaden McDaniels as a wing defender aka top 3 to 5 wing defender and becoming a much better shooter. He will cost multiple 1sts and expirings.

He is what OG will cost if not more because market is smaller now.
