February 8, 20241 yr I do wonder how much it would cost for Cam Johnson. He is under contract for the next 3 years around 22 million a year. Cam is an elite shooter and a lengthy above average defender. Nets aren't close to winning anything and still need two stars because Bridges isnt anything more than a 3rd guy on a championship team.

February 8, 20241 yr 1-7 in the last 8 games. I just want to point out before its lost in the jumbled story of this season that we had 30 wins a while ago. Even dealing with a bunch of injuries all season long already. This was easily a 50+ win team with Embiid on the court. Our best season in the Embiid era was last year with 54 wins. They may well have outdone that. This team was damn good if any of these guys were capable of staying on the court.

Just would have needed another shooter and a bench ball handler. Now we are like 5-6 guys away.

Guys just arent healthy enough to make a serious run unfortunately. Wonder if we can find enough expiring contracts to trade for to make a run this year, and still have flexibility in the summer
