And then they called something similar on the other end for a 4 point play. They've been bad. I'm pretty sure they called Embiid trying to hold that dude up from falling to the floor an 'act of violence'

I guess LeBron didnt get any foul called when he launched that guy on the same play. lol.

July 29, 20241 yr solid theory here. A lot of people assume Darryl alluded to a near trade for Markkanen after he signed George. This may make more sense. Maybe watch for Kuminga at the deadline.
July 29, 20241 yr No idea if that’s true but would love to see it, although I imagine the cost would be high considering GS has shot down any deal including Kuminga previously.

Someone else mentioned a deal between GSW for Markkanen but GSW offered Kuminga in the package, and Ainge wanted Podz. So I guess the thinking is it may have been a 3 way deal. Not sure what the finalized deal would have looked like. And, of course, it may not be Kuminga. But he does make some sense.
August 1, 20241 yr Good as much as i love Joel i dont want him playing much. Risk an injury that would derail the whole season

August 1, 20241 yr Is there a rule that we cant have NBA players on the 3v3 team? I wonder if that game wouldnt have been much better for Embiid since they only play half court. And after this year's embarrassment of a team, our 3v3 can use a dream team type of renewed commitment from our country. I can not believe we couldnt find 3 better players than those nobodies.
August 3, 20241 yr Marcus Morris plans to play next season, which would be his 14th NBA season. Morris has seemingly narrowed his decision down to re-signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers or returning to the Philadelphia 76ers.
August 7, 20241 yr It was always overpay to make the jazz trade him away or the jazz were gonna try to get an extension done before the season/trade deadline
