If the 76ers lose two out of their next four games, would they be guaranteed the 5th spot? How would a tie breaker work with Brooklyn?

Split the odds evenly.  If it's not an even number then there's something like a coin flip or drawing on lottery night to determine who gets slightly more balls.

I already know how the draft pick turns out. We get like pick 4 and select Malauch, and Trump deports him back to Zouth Sudan.

Carter Bryant from Zona is moving up draft boards. 6'8" wing who is a good defender, athletic, and can shoot the 3. Very limited offensive game, probably a 2 dribble guy at the max right now.

If you can get a 1st for PG even if in the back half of the draft you take it. The draft is that deep but have to find a team that wants him.

There could be a team that would take him and our 2nd for their 1st so they get out of the guaranteed contract for a 1st round rookie. Theoretically.

The trick is finding a team in the back half of the draft (so already a contender) that still has enough cap space to take on that contract.

As I keep saying, we are going to run out of time. However, tomorrow maybe New Orleans beats Brooklyn? then theres just 1 game between us and the 4th spot. Even if we can manage a tie and split those balls....

Well, its looking like NO is going to loose to Brooklyn. But that pretty much secures no worse than a tie for the 5th spot now.

4 or a tie for 4 is just not going to happen. We kinda new that but it did get pretty close.

Now, lets just focus on sole possession on 5.

64% chance the pick will convey to the 76ers at the 5th spot. Fingers crossed. Draft lottery is May 12th.

One more Sixers loss or Brooklyn win clinches the 5 spot.

You mean Harden-Westbrook-Durant years right?

I have a feeling they'll win today and make us sweat.

Lose one more...... Then you can do this crap

OKC's current squad. They had their own process, but unlike the Sixers, they didn't have the league push Presti out so they could stick with it.

Now they're clearly the best team in the west based on record, have the overall best record in the entire NBA and broke the record for most double digit wins in a season.  They also still have a sheet ton of draft picks, including the Sixers if they drop to 7th this year.

This is what the process era team was supposed to look like in the end

I wonder how the team would have panned out if Ime Udoka was given the head coaching job in 2020 after Brown was fired instead of hiring Rivers. The Rockets are the 2 seed  and he had the Celtics playing well before he left.

I called that win.

My post was kind of a joke since it’s the second time they did it.

lol. 45 first half points. I dont know how they let us gain that little bit of separation because it really feels like theyve tanked harder than us.

NO clinches the 4 spot.

Magic Numbered for us is still 1 for the 5 spot
