Anyone have some insight on the undrafted guard we selected if you watched him In college?

Sallis was a former Gonzaga kid then transferred to Wake his last 2 years. He has one good year out of 4 shooting from 3 but good positional size.

Like the Tennessee kid, just because he comes from a program that promotes toughness and defense but probably will be back in Europe

I don't see any of them really Making a dent, maybe Sallis

I’m sure they did their due diligence on broome. That’s why they picked him. He was super productive in college so let’s hope his physicality & craftiness translates to the nba.

Tyler Hansbrough didn't translate, he was better than Broome, and he won't either.

I try to think can this guy minutes in an ECF or WCF game. I can't think of guy on those four teams that played and is comparable to Broome

Masai out in Toronto after the draft. Weird

Hartenstein had a similar vertical, standing reach & wingspan coming into the draft.

Apparently Broome has play making ability with his vision and passing, along with a high bball iq. We are gonna find out.

shayok is like a smaller KD!

We can't forget the triple double machine and rookie of the year winner MCW

The Thunder also had their own version of The Process but the NBA didn't give a sheet because they were in OKC. It resulted in a title.

Josh Harris, Adam Silver and the Colangelo's can all F themselves in the face

That's what we should be doing with Morey.

He seems to have the work gene. Think he will be good.

I know the HOF comparison is Dwyane Wade because Wade wasnt a great shooter initially, and became really good mid-range and servicable from 3.

But the rags to riches story and work ethic is resemblant of Jimmy Butler.

This kid was not my choice, but you cant bet against him. I do think he will at least get to borderline all star Oladipo level player in about 2 or 3 years.

I do really love the idea of him and McCain, and hopefully Maxey working out together. I hope these guys can establish a culture of brotherhood for the 6ers team similar to what the eagles have. 6ers have had so much talent, but I dont think theyve had good culture since Brett Brown years when he made all those guys give power point presentations in front of the team to really get to know each other. And you had a losing team who werent pointing fingers at each other. But having fun playing, and working together to get better every day.

I think they almost had a bit of that with Jimmy Butler with his bandanas that not just anyone could wear. Had to be earned. And Butler held teammates accountable. But his stint here was too short lived.

He hasn't really made a good move since Kawhi

Giving Ingram that extension was lunacy

So glad we didn’t draft Bailey. Our discussions in here would be quite different right now.

I will push back on that

They really only had 2 down years but had Shai those years and he would get "hurt" or they would have been better. Believe it was Shai first year they had Schroder and CP3 and made the playoffs.

Presti got a superstar in Shai in the trade and drafted well.

Barnes is the next Aaron Gordon. He can do a ton of awesome things but isn't the alpha on a team. Somehow he is only 23

Sixers dodged a bullet by not drafting this guy

That saint thomas dude they signed to their summer league team has a nice all around game. Really good passer for a forward. Idk if he’ll stick though.

The rumor was that he just wanted a guarantee to work out. Which I dont think is unheard of. Had we give him the promise, he may have worked out, and may have reported after being drafted. We wont know because Daryl chickened out.

If he doesn’t learn how to shoot by this year, he will have topped out.

This is wild...
