He should sit until his thumb has healed properly. He looked like a** in that first game and I'm guessing a lot has to do with the thumb sleeve

For sure. Its just silly that hed even be "available", and they dont play him.

Nurse said there were situations where they would have put him in the game last night. What scenario calls for a player to lug a big leg brace slowly and awkwardly up and down the court and shoot bricks in a thumb brace?

Why dont they just list him as not available?

Whats lacking is good bench 4 to sub in for Watford. Id keep Drummond as a backup 5. But that leaves Jabari Walker, and Bona as waste. They need some 4 who can be useful in some role whether its athleticism and defense, or shooting...

I hate to say it. You can almost say Ben Simmons fits the bill. He rebounds and defends better than Walker and Bona. The spacing of this team complements him well. He would have room to drive to the basket or cut off ball to the basket surrounded by shooters. The key would be to NOT allow him to think he is playing point guard here. You cant do that. That offense is ugly.

What are the chances of a late VJ growth spurt? If he were to grow 2.5 more inches, it would be awesome.
