eh.... kinda nice to watch them without Embiid slowing them down.

Verdict is still out, and will probably be for a while. Paul George still has not returned. McCain played small minutes in 2 games and got relegated to G league to try to get in rhythm. Embiid was on a minute restriction, sits back to backs, and is already out the past few games for knee soreness anyway.

A lot of unsettled pieces. Will take quite a while to settle in with a regular starting lineup, and work out rotations.

Sometimes fun to watch. Often frustrating. Not a complete disaster. Cant tell if theyre gonna be good or not.

Tonight, Im discouraged.

Im not sure if Tobias Harris makes Detroit better or not. But missing Cade and Tobi and 6ers losing 2 games to detroit already this season is a little discouraging.

6ers schedule has been very tough so far. Thats an ok excuse for an occasional loss. But theyre only 7-5 now. Not great. If they want to be a good team, even without Embiid, they need to be winning more of these games against other good teams.

We have to hope Paul George and McCain are going to be big time difference makers. And, that they can stay healthy.

That's nice better then the total trash fire I was expecting this year. Still seems there's going to be a lot of clean up this year. There the porblem of what to do with Embbiid in the futre because BIG don't lasted forever?

Well, theyre stuck with him for a few more years since they just extended him last summer. I think the less he plays the better. His constant in and out has to mess with chemistry for the rest of the lineup.

McCain seemed to look pretty good with Delaware. Except for the shooting still. Hopefully he can take that thumb brace off soon, and hopefully that helps. I have scars from Fultz and am afraid he just wont ever shoot well again.

maxey putting up an iverson-like inefficient 30 points on 30 shots game.

Started 4-0.

Have gone 3-5 since.

Never looked as exciting as game 1 when Edgecombe cooked. Along with Maxey.

Good games from Oubre, Grimes, and Barlow.

That was the most athletic lineup this team has had, and they all started together.

I wasn’t able to watch much but sometimes when he prepares for take off, he needs one more dribble/step. Although he can reach the rim for far, he loses momentum by the time he makes contact at the rim. When he gets stronger and takes off from closer, I bet he will finish them.

Ive been very optimistic. Last nights loss with the Pistons missing like 6 players has me starting to lean this way now.

Still a while till we actually see what this team is supposed to look like. But, last night kinda hurt.
