September 12, 20232 yr Author Who shoots 7 times without hitting him? They should take his/her guns away. Owen J Roberts closed today. Elementary school nearby as well. Daughter teaches up in Pottsgrove so hoping he's not heading that way. There are 3-4 farms I see listed on the map, so let's hope those folks secure their vehicles and farm equipment. What a complete embarrassment this will be for law enforcement should this end with a civilian taking him out. Those folks up there don't fool around.

It’s a lot different than going to the range and shooting a target that doesn’t move.
