Any word on Landon Dickerson injury? Schefter said that Hurts had flu like symptoms throughout the game?

3-0 for the first time since 92? Uh no. Try last year. Buck is an idiot.

Can't stand that buffoon or Aikman.  Talking up the Bucs the whole game while they get blown out

I don't have anything against Aikman, and as with improv, broadcaster teams have to be YES AND men, so he is forced to go along with the jack arse buck

Buck called a run for Gainwell and then on the replay Aikman kept calling him Swift.

Aikman was even adding the yards from the Gainwell run to Swift's total.

You could feel Joe Buck's awkward silence while Aikman rambled incoherently.

Noticed that too.

Aikman must have had fun in the green room before going on air.

You think he would have clarified it on the next series.  Just weird.

I didn't notice any of this.  Mostly 'cause I'd had a lot of sake and I was screaming my fool head off.

I like us.

If you look at our schedule we could be 6-0 before we are really tested.

Yeah I mean I can see that although I don’t think Washington will be easy next week just because it’sa divisional rival on a slightly short week.

Just watched the highlights. Decent team performance but still not clicking 100% on offence.

From what i saw

Sidney Brown made a TD saving play and a nice game from Blankenship
Jalen Carter is some player - that kid is special
More superb running from Swift, he's the best back in the league based on his last 2 performances. Really impressive and hope he keeps it up. He's so elusive and seems to make really good decisions when running to find the gaps.
Nice game from AJ
Hurts made some good throws under pressure and is improving. The number of INTs is a concern.
Play calling from BJ is improving but still a few WTF moments.

It was a good game, stellar from the defense, good special teams and the offense was solid overall, great on the ground but they need to tidy stuff up in the passing game, Brown had a decent game but put down a couple he usually catches and there were a couple of miscues like the first int and a miss to Goedert where the receiver went one way and Hurts went the other with the pass, all that said 25-11 flattered the Buccaneers who were never in the game and the team is 3-0 and improving week on week. I was happy with what i saw.

I think we'll hand out a real beating to someone soon.

On the commentary, can I just say, F this ****ing about the QB sneak and how they 'expected it to be banned', one of the objects of the game is to get 10 yards in 4 downs, nowhere in the rules does it state you have to gain those yards in a way that looks pretty.

On what basis do you ban it? Player safety?  Banning a QB sneak on hypothetical grounds of injury risk, but do nothing about defenders launching themselves as unguided missiles against the lower legs of runners like Fitzpatrick on Chubb?

It's a perfectly legitimate play.

Forgot to save Covey was very good - his best game for us yet?

Red Zone offense/play calling could stand some improvement

I liked how they gave Zaccheaus a try. We got weapons. Overall, it was a highly entertaining game. Far from perfect but they got it done. Not sure I want to see a blowout. We've had plenty of those in seasons that were uneven and ultimately unsuccessful.

Aikman was right about the fake sneak. Proves my point that they only use as many "secret" play calls as they need to win, except here.

Pre 2005 yo could not push or pull the ball carrier forward. Cry babies still want it that way because our skill positions are lined up behind Hurts pushing him.

Yeah but what is it that's happened now, that makes the 2005 rule change wrong, one team getting elite at the QB sneak means you need to change the rules back?

They said 3-0 in back to back seasons for the first time since 92

I’m with you. I just think people either don’t know the rule change or they’re just cry babies.

Not one of the times he didn't.

Aikman is at times a QB snob. Considering that he wasn't exactly a lights out QB I suppose the Superbowls have him smelling himself.

I read it was a knee contusion. Probably kept him out a precaution. He was listed as questionable after the injury and he walked into the locker room with Mialata. I’m guess he might be sore, but should be fine.

Man, Carter is a freaking beast.  That said, Jordan Davis has been balling the F out.  Dude has been a monster.  So great to see.

Knee contusion is being reported. No long term problems.

Walking in to the locker room after the game.

Too many concussions from Reggie White and crew.
