December 9, 20241 yr The apologists are really something here. Many do not want to consider the obvious issues with Hurts. Football fans can be next level tards. Anything that forces critical thinking sends them into a tailspin.
December 9, 20241 yr IMO, he's regressing in the passing aspect of his football game. Could be him, the OC, the play calling, the execution, etc. He just does not see the field, nor can he find the open receivers, it's like he just freezes up. He better get fixed, or this team is one and done in the playoffs.

Why wasn't it an issue when he threw for 118 last week and 179 the week before? We're fn winning and don't need him to do much in the air. We saw him outplay Mahomes in the SB and we saw how that turned out. Now imagine running the ball and winning t.o.p. He's not perfect, but we don't need a MVP, we need someone not turning it over and move the chains.

With Barkley being the focus, Hurts can make his 5-6 plays a game like every other playmaker vs being THE playmaker and it works In the playoffs I personally don't know, but it's old school enough to get 13 wins

It's not a new complaint today. He also gets criticism when passing over 200 yards. He threw for 311 yards against the Saints and they won 15-12 but people were mad at him then, too. But the criticism is valid, this team should be doing a lot more in the passing game.
