January 13, 20251 yr How about our leader sliding to ice the game instead of trying to score a TD. Smart ball there even though costing me in fantasy. Similar to when Westbrook originally did it vs Dallas. Ironically DeSean laying the ball down before he scored at Dallas ended up being a Westbrook 1 yard TD run... and was the total points difference to win me the league and about an extra $800 ... lol Slide... rest last week... the whole focus being winning and advancing... that's the leader that our OL loves to block for and his teammates respect. Dude should have been an Eagles his whole career. Probably would be looking to passing Emmitt in a few years if that was the case.

I watched the vid,it's hard to know, both Kroft and the WR were on the same passing lane. Doesn't matter game is over. Kroft should have been where the ball was thrown with the WR right behind him(aka same passing lane)

Aren't you local? don't you listen to the news or get any updates??? He was in a huge brace and crutches in the locker room. The best we can hope for is he can be 100% at some point next year. At least Sydney Brown went through it and can be a help and inspiration.

I don’t see this injury applying to any of that though. This isn’t a shoulder or something. Looked like he blew out his knee.

Once again age isn't the issue it's GAMES PLAYED. Knock the peanut butter out of your head. Who would have more experience, a 20 year old who played 40 games or a 22 year old who's played 12?
January 13, 20251 yr Just now, GreenbleedinNC said: BTW how did your fantasy team do? I know it was new to you Thanks for asking. I always "started” the wrong guys. I finished 6 out of 12. I had the 2nd highest point total but just lost many (4or 5) games by 2 points or less. Then I would "draft” or pick up a guy on waivers and I ASSUMED he would be in my starting lineup automatically….I mean, why would I pick him up if I didnt want to START him?. So I lost TWO games because of that. The commissioner informed me I have to put him in to start…AFTER the second time….laughing because he beat me by one point. I would have beat him by 20! So dumb. Lots of rules. I messed up by letting Buffalo’s D go early in the season when they had some injuries…but was lucky because somebody dropped Denver’s D. I grabbed them but benched them twice and got burned both times. somebody wanted to trade me for Jaden Daniels and I said NO WAY. NO Cowpies, Giants, or Redskins on my team. I drafted Anthony Richardson and he was an absolute bust. So I just went with whatever QB available was playing against a bad team. Worked ok. Jamar Chase won me some games! Dude is a beast!

Well you did ok then. I had 4 teams one won 6,(just missed playoffs by 1 there) 2 won 10,but I lost in round 1on both those, and the last one won the league. it's fun to play and test your skill. No one will remember it now. You get better as you do it. Can't win them all. Free entertainment is HTF

The QB threw a pick, not our QB... shouldn't really matter It's pathetic we need to try to compare our QB playing with studs all over the place in his 5th year vs Love who is in his 2nd year as a real player... throwing to who?? With half his line (which isn't as good as our in the first place) also being out. It's why I don't worry about Todd Bowles having Hurt's number, Hurts didn't have the same supporting cast as he will next week. 25 points we scored vs Tampa with aJ playing last September in the rain. A week of practice... we will be much tougher than any of the 3 times we lost to Tampa recently.

With your argument we could say McKee should be better than AJ Stroud because he is older? come on now. Not even that... Love didn't have the supporting cast, just a RB. We win and move on.
