Young first time HC….Young first time starting QB

Think it’s fair to say that explains a bunch. Either most likely benefit short term from a much more experienced partner there. So think we can try to see it as both being developed growing and improving. Nothing but fantastic outlook if so!!

What other AUDIBLE plays do you want to see? You are aware the QB calls those play audibles? If there are only 3 that's on HURTS

That’s on the coach. The very next season Moore came in and equipped him with the tools.

LMAO Hurts is not a first time starting QB. Where have you been. Siri is not a first time HC he's been here awhile. Where have you been?

Coach is supposed to provide the Qb with more than three audible options

If Hurts only knows 3 audible choices that is on HURTS. What do you not understand???

Maybe he does and Hurts only uses 3 he feels comfortable with????

Coach decides how much control over the O each person will have.

We know Hurts gets rattled if he goes out of his comfort zone, but you are blaming the coach for that?

Wasn’t just that…he wasn’t calling the blocking assignments either

Coach wasn’t having all our O players read things together

The QB is the field general. He runs the called play or audibles, there is no other way to explain it despite your ramblings

So then Hurts regressed because he only uses 3?

The "other level" was obtained by 1) a GREAT O LINE and 2) Barkleys record season. That has ZIP to do with Hurts

All 3 springboarded into HC jobs because Siri is a failure? seriously?

Yeah…makes nothing but perfect sense. Well not all Siri is a failure part. But that promotions and jobs came to OCs that achieved what they did under Siri. Be different if they did it under some great O mind or something….in a great O.
