I never heard of flying a jet in to make some trade deal, but Ham needs the drama I guess

He needs the movie narrative where everything is a big deal.

He wants everyone, then complains about the cap. I did want to retain Becton. I was SMH at letting him walk, but no one is perfect. Maybe we went to Nashville to find that elusive CC 🤣

I thought they would move Dickerson to C, but the left side has been playing together and it could create more problems

Agreed.

Why?

"I don't want to say it's expected, but we know the work that he puts in. We know how he comes to work, how he leads and the type of player he is."

Example. ..give me an NFL example where subpar players won anything due to a great coach. I'd love to hear this.

Examples everywhere every game. Same players with bad coaching look off. Give them a top coach and a mediocre player looks at his best…or over his head playing well.

102 glorious years. A great life.

Just a fun note. My grandmother was born in 1909. He first tricycle(no pedals just a scooter thing) was given to her by friends of my family. The Wright Brothers. Only 6 years after Kitty Hawk. My great grandfather saw the first flight. She had a pic of it. Very cool.

Brandin Cooks everyone seems to believe will be traded

Great coaching carries teams to more victories consistently than great players.

We’ve talked all about the Niners. So just see what Shannahan did with several different bums at QB.

Garrapolo went real real far. He’s a player that’s actually straight known for being a disaster in the fourth quarter to kill teams even.

2024...the best team in Eagles history ..that wasn't for you either...so excuse me if I care. They have a formula that wins playing to Hurts strengths. Yet you constantly complain.

Let me ask... you can guarantee right now the Eagles don't win a Superbowl in the next 20 years...but Hurts wins an MVP and eventually gets inducted as a first ballot hall of famer... would you make the trade?

For some reason it seems more important to you that Hurts gets stats and credit ( which in 6 years he has constantly proven he himself doesn't care about) than the Eagles winning. Why is that?

I repeatedly stated I don’t care about stats. So that’s as much of BS as BS gets!!

The formula to win is having Hurts play for us. Haven’t been playing to his strengths. We just lacked a HC that would do things the right way with our franchise Qb.

Because Siri had Kelce he was afforded playing without our franchise QB being coached those crucial basics. But it was in a pathetic level of O…I want even stretch to pretending it was any real scheme developed by Siri.

2024 team I totally loved. I’m convinced if Siri just gets out of the way that O goes down as the greatest of all times!!!

But I get it…you can point at the points scored and make the argument of how high they were ranked. They scored plenty….not in the first quarter however. Think about just that part even for one second. If the greatest O of all time(if Siri wasn’t in the way) scored 10 points every first quarter? That’s a ton of points left on the field there.

After we all ackowledge the worst first quarter scoring O should have been the greatest O of all time ….then things look real bad.

Then you have our HC brilliant move of last season was ….neuter the O….make sure to hold those guys back. Would have been to risky putting up 50 points every game….oh..with an elite D.

So greatest O assembled but produce like the 32nd talent level O in the first quarter. Then you have a coach actually choosing to throttle back great players. Throw the ball to AJ. Throw the ball to Smitty. Those I see as great choices and options.

Just try watching some football. Notice a well coached team versus a weak coached team. Same players…same organization…aren’t very good with the weak coach…kick butt with the quality coach.

Then consider how just amazing and unstoppable our players are…only reason it could possibly kept going like this for so long is because they flat out overcome. The players refuse to lose.

Eagles fans in other locations than here are very knowledgable fans. But it’s as bad as it gets when the entire stadium is chanting coaching advice to Siri. Think I even noticed some very young elementary school girls…yelling "run the ball Siri.”

It wouldn’t be so bad if Siri was just not understanding the very deep complex nuisances surrounding football. But we’re talking very bread and butter football knowledge mistakes….worse yet…mistakes he couldn’t fix because he had no answer so obviously.
