No we lose money trading Saquon this season like 14m even after June 1st. But more importantly when we actually blocked for him he didn’t look like he lost a step at all. I honestly think there is a far more compelling case to trade Jalen Hurts.

Correct, absolutely stupid to think about trading a RB to lose cap space. Just dumb

And yes I’m going to get the Hurts hater tag but that isn’t even the case the fact is Howie has shown to be at his best when he trades the starting QB for extra picks and gets to build the roster around a rookie contract QB.

Did this with Bradford going with Wentz then again trading Wentz moving to Hurts.

Big time talk about drafting a QB early this year. You get the sense from the media something we don't know on the outside regarding Hurts status within the organization. He is the guy at the moment but seems for sure there are big time doubts.

The vibe of ..." he isn't worth the big money" ..and you called it, the Eagles are not afraid to move off of a QB before the big time cap hit kicks in.

Yeah he was voted team captain because players like the guy. That’s even more reason why his divisive presence needed to go..sooner than later.

I think when news comes out in a year or two, you will be disappointed in what is said about your hero Hurts.

But this is exactly why AJ will get traded can’t have someone holding QB1 accountable who cares that he has been horrible as a passer and now doesn’t want to run making him a bottom 15 QB in the league

Idk...I think that's what we have now with the new offensive staff. The separates Sirianni from the situation... the new guys comes in without bias towards Hurts.

So far the worst results were in house Hurts guys as OC. They obviously kiss his arse too much. The outside voice, along with his hires.. things should change. I'm not sure AJ gets traded...especially with the cap hit.

And yes Hurts was a horrible passer in 24 as well under Moore worst of Hurts entire career who had to completely change his O to take the ball out of Hurts hands and lean on the superior ground game.

If it's poor passing results with another OC.... I think that's the out the front office is looking for.

CJ Stroud is a guy to watch... if he doesn’t get an extension. Hurts could be an option there. Just the QB that protects the ball.... hometown guy etc.

We could probably get a 1st round pick from them?

Because he actually holds QB1 accountable can’t have that since nobody else in the organization is willing to why there is an issue to begin with it’s all starts with QB1

It starts with AJ routes, the O, playcalls are so very predictable. He’s been doing this same pretty much the whole time for years.

I have no doubt AJ fallout with Hurts easily will lead to garbage dumping against Hurts. Even more reason the guy needed/s to be out of here!

Great idea ..as long as you are done chasing championships.

Worst results came the more we relied on Siri

How different will the Eagles offense look under Sean Man...

Under center, play action and motion – staples of the modern West Coast offense but rarely used concepts by the Eagles – should become common under new OC Sean Mannion.

Hurts................in a west coast offense...............something is going to break. Should suit AJ and Smitty well if Hurts can learn it. This is what Moore tried and failed at. If I am Howie, McKee is going nowhere or I draft a high one(as Joe said earlier)

Been hammering on that for awhile now, many pages of arguing with Hurts protector and official statue polisher lol..................but AJ.......................as the QB quit playing. IDK who would want a quitter QB. I know AZ screwed the pooch and signed Murray until 2028,but maybe they would eat that??? I know they aren't happy with Murray. AZ has the 3 pick(lol)

Knows where his receivers are, but can he play under center?(my only knock really)

LMAO- Hurts to AZ for the 3 pick. Then trade the 3 and McKee to LV for the 1 pick and Mendoza is here. Would you do it???? Mendoza is the 1, keep Howell as the 2 and pick up a 3 about anywhere. Howie loves to make a splash and this would do it. Just sayin...................everyone is happy except Hambone 🤣. New staff, new QB, experienced WR's, even degraded, it's still a better O line than what he had with a stud RB(actually you can make the case for 1 stud and 1 solid RB's) Find good slot guy in round 3(with having 2 picks in that round), shore up the O line, add a TE. McKee gets his shot to start. Hurts is still a starter(just not here). We would have pick 1 and 23 in round 1. Yeah I can dream too

Mendoza, Howell at QB. picks 1(Mendoza),23,54,68,98 etc etc etc  west coast offense, AJ is happy. AZ is happy(they finally lost Murray. Despite eating some loot they now have a SB QB lol) LV is happy, they have a starting QB with a little experience who is eager to start. Birds can start a new SB run maybe right off the bat(depends on Mendozas learning curve) Everyone wins!!!(except Ham). What we get stuck for with eating Hurts salary would just be paying it for Mendoza. if that takes 2 years to pay off so be it, we still have Mendoza for 3 years(with 5th option) on a rook deal. OMG I'm turning into Ham HAHA

For the last few years, the Eagles’ offense has lived on "hero ball.” When things broke down, Jalen Hurts used his legs or made a wild throw to save the day. Saquon Barkley would make a defender miss and take it to the house. A.J. Brown would win a one-on-one vertical shot and score a touchdown. It’s exciting when it works, but it’s a hard way to live, especially when these players have an off game. When you rely on improvisation, rhythm can disappear quickly, easy throws get missed, and suddenly every third down feels like a life-or-death situation.

Sorry got distracted and forgot where I copied this from.

Spot on…playmakers trying to overcome lack of O scheme or coaching. At a level never before witnessed.

Siri interfered starting week two against Moore progress.

Siri is the one very public cowered pulled back throwing to AJ ..calling it risk manangement. Throwing up double nickels when he finally got out of the way at the end.

Which for some reason so many here gobbled this crap up from Siri. Like the rest of it though…so consistently eating up BS at least.

But…now with more understanding that we have gained we can understand much more that Siri was judging the risk of AJ in the climate after the fallout. So  actuallybit less harsh on him about this decision.

That went the way of Houdini and was cut out VOLUNTARILY by HURTS
