Be great…but just not reality. Week one always shows as not crisp and indicative of any teams season. You still haven’t acknowledged just how many things Hurts took on doing for the first time in 2024. It was massive…he finally got a coach. Well Steichen is quality…but he was so stuck under Siri in his non-O scheme. With Siri clearly making the decisions to skip developing our franchise QB.

Seems like QB play across the room has pretty much gone up and down depending on Siri involvement. They all much weaker the more Siri fingerprints on things. Moore got the best out of Tanner and Pickett. Shew, Mariota…on and on….looked better most of their careers elsewhere besides under Siri.

Really Siri slowed the learning curve and progress…was talking about with Moore …but really applies so much to his entire time here. List how Hurts is redefining leadership at the QB position. You've stated this many times but won't show any reasoning to reach that comclusion

I definitely do. Understand you aren’t picking up any details taking place. Under Siri it was pretty much just run the play. Advanced to Siri providing three audible options. Deep, run or screen. I know…because everybody knew it. Our guys actually did do much even with best pro defenders knowing what they were going to do.

Of course it matters. O mind that’s capable creates matchup issues for the opponent. Huge difference operating with good play versus predictable play the opponent knows presnap.
