But even Lurie looked real hard at firing Siri several times. 2-5 start even Lurie wasn’t going to wait all season there. Collapse just was no quality options to hire. That’s how I believe Lurie judged the situation. He didn’t want to hire and fire the wrong guy. Siri winning the SB created the situation where Siri couldn’t be fired. So he got his way promoting Patullo. Don’t believe Rosie or Lurie believed in that move. Not sure why anybody here did either.

Think Stout broke that seal with Rosie. He didn’t care..and was straight with Rosie. Then Rosie finally hired Fangio. Fangio took complete control…personnel along with everything. Fangio even dissed Rosie key tool of analytics. Rosie used that huge department as a tool to hang over every coach…even after wins.
